We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality & Systems Improvement Director serving the states of North Dakota and South Dakota. Director will be ideally be located in the Fargo or Bismarck, ND or Sioux Falls or Rapid City, SD areas. Will have a home office set-up.
Director will be responsible for the overall implementation activities to achieve quality improvement goals in the following areas: stroke, heart failure, resuscitation, and the Mission: Lifeline initiative.
Responsibilities include: Assisting hospitals and clinics to improve performance indicators; marketing Get with the Guidelines programs and the Mission: Lifeline initiative to health partners; identifying, cultivating, and maintaining key relationships; customer relationship management; quality improvement consulting; plan and coordinate accredited and non- accredited workshops; program facilitation.
