We have an exciting opportunity for a Heart Walk Fundraising Director to work out of our St. Petersburg Office. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and selling one of our major events, the annual American Heart Association Heart Walk.

Responsibilities Include:
. Setting and meeting aggressive fundraising goals
. Securing corporate sponsorships and cultivating fundraising teams and individual donors.
. Recruiting and coaching corporate and community volunteers and committee members
. Interacting with executive level corporate leaders
. Daily travel throughout the Tampa Bay Market area.

Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal candidate should possess 3+ years prior outside business-to-business sales and/or professional fundraising experience. Must be an effective communicator and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Preference to be given to those with prior professional fundraising experience and/or familiarity with the Tampa Bay business market.
