Fundraising Director, Education Sector - Temporary PT Assignment

We have an excellent opportunity for a Youth Market Director in our Dallas office.
This is a part time position and will begin as soon as February 27th and end on May 15th.
Territory for this position covers Denton, Fannin, Grayson, part of Dallas County, and Durant, Oklahoma.
Key responsibilities include selling our lifesaving mission to local schools through prospecting and securing school participation in the Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart programs; providing the tools and training needed to help schools establish and meet fund raising goals; recruiting and managing strong relationships with volunteers, and ensuring overall success of the programs with a fundraising goal of $300,000 net.
Minimum requirements:
' Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/sales or related field.
' 2 years of relevant work experience, including proven success in sales or fund raising.
' Demonstrated ability to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment and management.
' Ability to set aggressive goals with clients.
' Ability to plan and work independently.
' Highly effective organization, multi-tasking, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
' Excellent computer skills.
' Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
' Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
